1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong product

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality


2. Return Request Timeline

  • Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
